Working together with local trades and resources, ENVR can manage the servicing, operation  and compliance requirements of your wastewater treatment system through ENVR wastewater maintenance and support services.

Remote Australian locations are not an issue, as ENVR partners with local service providers to keep your system working optimally in accordance with Orenco Systems®, Inc. servicing requirements.

ENVR maintenance services for wastewater management systems is tailored to each site's individual needs, with monthly, quarterly and bi-annual service plans available for all ENVR installed or Orenco systems. ENVR can also provide performance and compliance  monitoring via collection of effluent samples for NATA accredited laboratory analysis.

Our maintenance services are the highest quality, with laboratory analysis certificates, performance data and service reports provided after every service visit, so you know exactly how your system is performing and is meeting regulatory compliance requirements.

ENVR provides background support and trouble-shooting advice to all service providers who are servicing an Orenco wastewater management treatment system. 

All ENVR installed treatment systems are also supported by Orenco's Engineers who are available to provide over-the-phone advice and troubleshooting assistance for maintenance and support. 

Importantly, for all treatment systems with remote monitoring capabilities, ENVR and Orenco can ''dial in' to the control panel remotely to assess operation and diagnose any faults, making our support immediate if needed. This also allows historic 'operational data logs' to be downloaded and reviewed ensuring compliance reporting back to Regulative Authorities is completed.
